JOE BELL is a comedy guy/writer/animator based out of Philly.He’s written and made stuff for Comedy Central Online and Dropout.TV. He is the co-host of the monthly award winning comedy show Tattooed Momedy with his partner Tan Hoang. He’s been featured at the New York Comedy Festival, Philadelphia Fringe Festival, Blue Heaven Comedy Festival and Five Dollar Comedy Week. He was a paid partner at BYTE and has written spots for brands like Panasonic, Jansport and GIPHY.He’s also a member of SCROTE, the comedy video collective with Michael Watkins and Dan Angelucci.Man, this guy has really got the goods.
